As co-founder of the agency, she’s part of the executive team that sets agency strategy and direction. Elba ensures the company is operating like a well-oiled creative machine by leading agency operations and identifying and recruiting the best talent in the country. Prior to becoming an agency partner, Elba led the McDonald’s account team, focusing on the evolving Hispanic segment that includes the bicultural youth and affluent Latinas. Her agency credentials include managing Hispanic duties for consumer brands such as Budweiser, Busch Beer, Verizon, Coca-Cola, Visionworks, Avocados From Mexico and Compass Bank. A confident leader, presenter and speaker, she has also served in occasional stints as a spokesperson for the United Way. For them, she connected with a core demographic: moms and hardworking Latinas, like herself. One of her loves is the Ballet, in particular Balanchine’s New York City Ballet.
